This learning object explores the kind of skills that teaching staff need to make best use of e-learning.

This learning object explores the kind of skills that teaching staff need to make best use of e-learning. For example, basic image manipulation, finding and creating audio etc. Teachers need very little technical skill to be able to use Xerte Toolkits but if you are going to create media rich resources you need to develop some skill in working with media. This learning object explores the skills that staff developers might want to encourage for teaching staff.
