 Administrators can manually record accounts as 'inactive' or a can use the setting to force 'inactive' based on last login, e.g. if you add the date of, 1 January 2023, all users who have not logged in since that date will automatically be set to inactive. **Note: As soon as the user logs in again, their account will become active again.**
