Not sure if this is the correct place for my question. Can you change the colour/skin of the learning objects?
I noted that you can add a CSS file from within the learning object. Is there any documentation on this? ie. what can be formatted etc.

You mean for a new Learning Object, i.e. using the javascript/html5 engine?
Yes you can. Look at attached file (which is the exact file used by the engine) for some samples.

We will publish documentation on that, but there is a lot to document, so I don't have a timeframe.

Hi All,
I'm trying to restyle the HTML5 CSS using the themeStyles.css Tom mentioned in the previous post and I'm running into a couple of issues. Now let me first be clear I'm no coding expert but I have basic css and HTML knowledge.

I want to justify <h1> and <h2> to the right using the CSS float : right.
I have successfully done this (after fiddling around with the margin values a bit). However when I upload this style sheet I loose all the button images. I've tried changing the directory of the buttons but that hasn't worked. any idea where I'm going wrong here?

My second issue is in regard to directly editing the themeStyle.css file (was to be a workaround to issue above but realised probably a better solution). I thought that rather than having our users uploading our style for every learning object I could just make the changes directly to the themeStyle file. However when I preview the changes they have not taken effect. When I inspect the element I see that the modified themeStyle is being over ridden by the user agent stylesheet?

Any ideas on either of these problems (preferable the second) would be great.
Cheers

Thanks Tom. Attached is the themeStyle.css that I edited (called rightstyles.css). The only changes I made to the original are to <h1> and <h2> where I need them to be justified to the right. I then upload the stylesheet (attached) to the learning object. It appears to send it to the media folder of that project. When I preview the learning object the headings are where I want them but the UI buttons are gone. The areas where the buttons should be are still active however. When modifying the css should I also be uploading a custom interface?

I'm having the same issue as Karl, I'm loosing the IU buttons on the footer after attaching a custom .CSS file to the LO. The buttons are there and functioning, just not visible.
any new thoughts?
Thanks
Mark G
