Installation problems

Hello,
I've alredy downloaled the xertetoolkit with xamp to work in local. But then when I visit http://localhost/xertetoolkits/setup/ I get the message URL not found. MySQL and Apache are running ok.
Can you help me, please, to get it right?

Where did you install XAMPP?

Let's assume it's in c:\xampp.

Then could you verify that you unzipped the xerte zip file in c:\xampp\htdocs\xertetoolkits, i.e. you have a setup folder in there?

Yes, I installed XAMPP in c:\xampp and I unzipped the xerte file. In the unzipped folder there is another setup folder.

Sorry to be so pedantic, but where did you unzip the xerte file. Waht is the location of the setup folder?

c:\xampp\htdocs\xertetoolkits\setup? Or something different?

Yes, I unzipped the xerte file. The location of the set up folder is (copy and paste)C:\xampp\htdocs\xertetoolkits_2.1\setup

Ok, then please go to

http://localhost/xertetoolkits_2.1/setup/

to proceed with the installation.
