Multiple Choice questions in Xerte 3.0

Hi, I'm a new user and have installed Xerte 3.0 on my PC running a local host.
My query is that I cannot find the template for Multiple Choice Questions. I have looked at documentation online and seen how it is selected in the previous version but I cannot see it in this version.

Has it been removed or have I done something wrong?

You should find it under Insert > Interactivity > Multiple Choice Question

But the interactivity menu is quite long so you might have to use the mouse scroll wheel to scroll towards the bottom of the menu - see screenshot attached.
