In examples of annotated diagram I see the text blocks and lines to the hotspots / parts. In my version, I see a block and a frame around the hotspot, but no lines. Is that a version difference? Or flash/html5?

I also see the possibility of a hotspot group, but I can notfind any explanation how to use it. Like explanations or links to explanations.
Use XOT with HTML5

What browser are you using? Can you supply a screenshot showing the page with the missing lines?
