Changing text on Main Create Project page

Good morning,
I would like to edit the text in the "Create a new project" block for each of the template types. Can you tell me where to find this text.

For each template you can change those in the management.php page (http://<xotwebsite>/management.php) in the Central Templates tab.

The text between the language selector and the Temapltes block can be changed in languages/en-GB/index.inc

That's great info to know too! I'm sure I'll be in there also but I was looking to edit the discriptive text for all text just above the "Create" buttons on the right side in the section below.
