Workspace Properties

These provide a means to:

view information and analytics about all your projects
view RSS feeds
import projects from other installations
view API status

The workspace properties are accessed by highlighting the Workspace icon and clicking on the orange i icon.

There are 5 tabs available; descriptions are given below.

Tab	Description
My Details	Indicates your name on the system, the time and date of your last login, your username.
My Projects There are 7 links within this tab.	My Projects	Lists all your projects in the Workspace in ID order.
	Shared projects	Lists all the projects that you have shared with others, and that others have shared with you.
	Public projects	Lists all projects that have been made public, in ID order.
	Usage stats	Lists the number of plays for each published project. These do not include plays by the author when editing.
	Peer review	Lists all the projects that you have made available for peer review with others, and that others have made available to you.
	RSS/Open Content projects	Lists all the projects that have the RSS, and related Export, options enabled. Lists all the projects that have had Open content details added in their project properties, and whether syndication is on or off for each.
	XML Sharing	Lists all projects that have had XML sharing enabled in their project properties.
My Feeds	Provides links to RSS feeds for the user and for each of the user's folders.
Import	Allows you to import deployment zips for projects from other installations into your Workspace. Navigate to the file you want by clicking the Choose file button, give the project a name, and then click on Upload. It may take some time to upload depending on the size of the file, but once successfully imported you will receive a confirmation message.
API	Indicates if API has been enabled at site level.
