This is digital escape room, called ‘Escaping from St. Elizabeth’s Asylum.’ Its primary aim is to act as a team-bonding activity for postgraduate psychology students. It has provided opportunities to support educational goals such as teamwork, problem-solving, collaboration, and subject engagement. The theme and puzzles are based around Rosenhan’s influential study, On Being Sane in Insane Places (1973). This provides a subject-specific context to the activity.
