Getting access to xerte workspace was created by

How do I get started please? How do I access the workspace to actually start creating a project. XAMPP control panel v3.3.0 has been installed on my laptop.

You will need to download Xerte and install it in XAMPP. There are instructions in the installation guide: xerte.org.uk/jdownloads/Documents/ToolkitsInstallationGuide.pdf
