Export not working

Dear all,

I'm running Xerte 3.1 (latest update) on Mac OS X 10.11 using XAMPP and Google Chrome. I am able to create learning objects through the browser with no problems however I am unable to export them. Nothing happens when I click on the download buttons. I have been advised to increase the memory limits on the php.ini files on XAMPP and I have done this but this has not made any difference. Can you please help?

Are there any errors in the php error log?

I'm having the same issue (Mac OS X 10.10.4, XAMPP 5.6.15-2, Chrome 48) and the PHP_error_log reports " Failed to create zip". Same issue reported here too.

Could you please save attacjhed (unzipped) file in modules xerte, and see whther it works after that?

Unfortunately not, but I also notice that, like the other poster, I cannot logout of the Guest account. Perhaps it is some installation oversight on my part?

Even with only guest login, this should work.

You can change Guest authentication to Db in http://<xerte install>/management.php and create users there as well.
