white screen in preview and export mode

I recently updated two environments to xerte 3.4. Both now have the problem that the play (toon in dutch) and export result in a white screen.

Exporting the module and then importing it in to an older xerte install will show the module correct. Is there a known issue in 3.4 or does anybody have any idea how to fix this?

The first thing that I would look at would be to see if there are any javascript errors. Open the console using one of the methods in this link:

www.google.co.uk/search?site=&source=hp&q=open+browser+console

Post any errors you see here and that may give us a clue as to what is causing the error.
