Export do nothing

I recently install XOT 3.6. The environment is CentOS 7.x/PHP 7.2/MySQL 5.7
Before I integrate to Moodle use Guest authetication and make a Bootstrap project. All works fine except export. When I click Get Deployment Zip or Get Archive Zip, the browser sho up an inteet to connect to the server but no file is generated and no error is reported

Can you please verify that there is no error in the server php logs?

If you cannot find anything, you could consider to set $developer to true in config.php (near line 26) and retry.

There is no error in PHP. The problem is with the Bootstrap template, when I change to the Xerte Template the export works fine.
