Pages and menu-items

Hi,
I want to create several pages under a subject or an section, which are shown separatly. Or how can i create an extra level within a page or section? I want to avoid too many text in an section/subject.
If i now create a new page that page is also my menu-item displayed in the content overview. Is there a way i can create several pages within a subject (not using tabs) that doesn't create menu-items ? In both the normal template JS/HTML5 or the bootstrap template.

I'm using XOT version 2.0

I think I found something close to what you are looking for.
I'm not sure you have it in 2.0, but 2.1 got it.
You may find something very close to the one I'll describe just below:
Go to Insert => Navigators => New window
From here you can add several HTML pages.
