using url in hotspotconnector

When using a url from the hotspot connector, the open url is always displayed small in the top left corner of the screen, while I would like to use a normal size or full screen.
Even if the display mode is set to Fill Window in the relevant LO.
I would like the url to open to open in normal format.
After that, and I recently asked that question, but would like to repeat in this context, that I have to open the url that is too open in _self and not in _blank.
