Ah. There is something wrong with your database:

Table 'toolkits_data.AveMariafolderdetails' doesn't exist

Can you see (in mysql) how your database is called, and how the tables are called?

If i the reinstall xerte to a new db can user projects be imported?

With some pain, but I would really try to fix the db settings first.

So, please let me know the how the database is called ('show databses' when you're logged in to mysql)
And then if you select the database (use <dbname>)
check the name of the tables (show tables)
