Hi all,
We have a glossary, displayed in Dialog (but we have tried also lightbox and we have the exact same issue).
When we hover over a word it displays the definition in the pop up which is great.
However, randomly when the mouse leave the word, the pop up doesn't disappear. It is not clear why it does disappear in some cases and why not in other cases. It is quite disruptive, because sometimes it prevents completing an exercise, and also it stays visible even if you navigate to another page. So the only way to get rid of it is to refresh the page.

Is there anything we can do to fix that issue?

Thanks in advance, Valérie

Hi Valérie,

Which version of Xerte are you using (browse to <xerte url>/version.txt) and which browser?

We haven't heard of any issue with the glossary in the latest version of Xerte.

Hi Tom,

I can't figure out to which URL I need to add the /version.txt
But I had asked our IT to install the following version; v3.12.33 (we had received the security update regarding vulnerabilities last summer), and they had done so, so I would assume that this is the version we use.

The issue is both in Chrome and in Edge. I am not sure about other browsers since we don't really use them.
