No visible projects

I'm a regular user of Xerte (in UNNC), but all of my projects seem to have disappeared.

Can anyone explain why, what (if anything) I can do about it, when they might magically be returned, whether there is a back-up I can access, how to access it etc. .

Beginning to panic here. Any help appreciated.
