Deleting users in Management.php

Deleting users in Management.php was created by jaye
Hi there,
I was trying to learn more about the Management.php section and ended up creating two users who I am now unable to remove. I deleted all the information in their sections, but now I am left with two SHOW buttons that do nothing and two () in the user templates section.
How do I remove these?
