Xertes missing their navigation

We have a problem and we haven't been able to identify the solution!

All our our Xertes are missing their navigation at the top/bottom with the left/right arrows:
xerte.ucreative.ac.uk/xertetoolkits/play.php?template_id=40
xerte.ucreative.ac.uk/xertetoolkits/play.php?template_id=39

Has anyone else experienced this?
They were working ok a couple of weeks ago and were originally produced about a year ago, and we have just noticed the bug.

Yes, this is a known issue, caused by a change of a third party code we use (MathJax). They changed the location of their installation, and the old links don't work anymore,
