Error in XerteToolkits_Unstable

Hi,
I am really new to Xerte, and wanted to create a mobile application for ENglish Language Learning. I tried the XOT and found it really useful as it will cater many of my requirements.
I got to know the new unstable version of Xerte has HTML5 support, and I downloaded it and added it to my xampp directory.
Unfortunately I am getting the following error.
Since I am totally new, please help me with regard.

Yes. But it is giving the following error.
I did the setup as XAMPP user.
