Jing Movie

Hello, I am trying to upload a jing file to my presentation and every time I upload it, it says upload failed, check permissions.

Can anyone help?

Also, I have been successful with youtube video but only if the presentation is running in flash, if I switch to html, the youtube video will not work.

Youtube changed their video format a few months back which broke the way Xerte shows youtube videos, although this has now been fixed.

Your upload issues usually point to one of two things, either it exceeds the maximum file size set in PHP or your permissions for the upload folder are not allowing files to be written. Checking each of these should then allow you to upload again.

V3 will be out soon and should make these things easier.
