please see the attached screenshot.

Despite the warning
1) there is only 1 editor window open, and
2) the content is saved

Steps to reproduce
1. login
2. open an existing toolkit
3. publish (does not matter if you have added/modified content)
4. try and logout

Looks like the warning is called from logout.js

        var OPEN_WINDOWS_END = "editor window open. If you continue you are likely to lose work. Please check you have saved your work and then close these windows down. Are you sure you wish to continue?";

Environment: fresh install of v3. all pages redirecting to https. Ldap (that does not provision 1st and last name)

I think the issue might be due to an earlier error in getProjectInformation_stateChanged which is cast when the xerte project is opened (i.e. clciking on the name of the project under My Workspace)

I'm seeing an Uncaught Syntax error: Unexpected end of input at getProjectInformation_stateChanged @ template_management.js:678 (see screenshot)

This is effecting behaviour in Firefox 40.0.2 and chrome 44.0.2403
