Thanks Ron. As with Julian your example will not expand for me either. If it's working for you this must be related to the browser?? What browser are you on? I'm using Chrome.

We are the owners of these videos and all the settings on youtube seem okay.

I expect it is permissions, but the browser wants permissins for, in Ron's case, mitchellmedia.co.uk rather than youtube because the video is embedded? I can't see how to add the site to the list of sites listed in about:permissions in FF.

I have permssions set to 'allow' for mitchellmedia and still no dice. I'm a bit stuck then. It works for Ron, so it's not a xerte or youtube thing, it must be the browser.

I only tested in IE but testing in Chrome I can see that with my example the 1st misc > youtube page gives the full screen disabled message but with the plain text page with the normal embed code the full screen button works fine in Chrome too.

Worth adding that the dedicated YouTube page is really only essential now when using the Flash Player engine rather than the HTML 5 engine and that YouTube clips can be embedded in just about any page type when using the HTML 5 engine.

So in your case Karl perhaps change the page types and use plain text or one of the navigators instead?

Thanks for the help with this. I'll test it on a few different browsers and versions to see if I can nail down when it happens. I might just embed larger videos in text pages as a workaround for the moment.
