Bit of a newbie question, sorry!

We have just installed XOT at Lancaster, and have a team of IT Trainers who wish to use it to create resources. Is it possible to create a workspace for them all to author in?

How do permissions to author LO's generally work in XOT. I can only see my own workspace when i log in...

OK, don't worry i have worked this one out on a basic level

- but is there a way to share the media across the site so some assets can be uploaded as private and others are shared by the whole userbase of XOT?
