Cannot get completion status

Cannot get completion status was created by anthony.c.chan

I keep getting a red 'X' at the completion status screen although I have completed answering all of the questions. Screen as attached. What seems to be missing ? Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Resolved. Use 'Completion Not Required' and 'Page Timer' options in relevant pages.
