I've broken peer review

Hi! I am currently creating a project as part of some group work. Previously I have used peer review perfectly fine. For some reason with the current project, it comes up with the message that the project does not have any pages. It works in editor, and I have published a copy, where the project is visible... but I seem to done something to the peer review function still! Any ideas?
