Hi Ron

We at Deltion College love the Cardiff design of their bootstraps. Particular the way they designed the header: it is pagewide when you start, it shrinks to normal proportions when you scroll down
the page.

Do you know how they do that, or: is there anybody from Cariff whom I can contact about this? I hope they want to share their knowledge about this!
