How to upgrade XOT 3.0 to 3.2 was created by disbteu

hello, xoters) We have XOT v3.0 on Webserver. How Can we upgrade it to XOT 3.2? How Can I check my version of XOT? Are we do right? At first we dowloaded xot_update_31, then replace files on webserver and run http://oursite/xerte/upgrade.php. Second we dowloaded xot_update_32, then replace files on webserver and run http://oursite/xerte/upgrade.php.
