I have completed the Xerte installation on my server and can access as a guest the online toolkit and as admin the management.php site administration.
When I try to add users I do not see a way to do just that. I can edit the Guest user and that is it. I can add user groups, etc, but not users.
Any idea what could have gone wrong?
All help will be appreciated
