New installation was created by rloenen
I want to create a completely new local installation with xertetoolkits_3.14-2025.
I removed the existing xampp and the existing xerte installation.
I installed xampp-windows-x64-8.2.12-0-VS16 in c:\xampp
Then I created the directory c:\xampp\htdocs\xerte2025 and extracted xertetoolkits from it.
In the Xampp Control Panel, I started Apache and MySQL.
Activated http://localhost/xerte2025/setup/ and took the following steps.
I haven't adjusted any variables in the installation so far, but I'm getting an error message when creating the database. How can I fix this?
