Hi we are trying to upgrade from 3.12 to 3.14 , running on a Windows Server with Apache 2.4.65 / PHP 8.4.11 /MySql 5.7.36 . followed what i think are correct instructions for a clean install , ie removed files/folders apart from the exceptions , and copied the new files /folders over , i then restart the mysql and apache services , run the upgrade.php , remove the startup folder and then attempt to access the management.php - it lets me log in but there are no configurations on the web page & the page seems to freeze up - cant log out cant click on anything , same experience if i log in as a standard user except there is nothing in the workspace . Any help would be great , have rolled back to 3.12 for now . If you need screen shots let me know thanks Barry

Did you change the folder when moving to 3.14 (i.e. is the 3.12 installation on a different location than the 3.14 installation on disk)?

If so you need to change the location in the sitedetails table of the database in columns root_file_path and import_path.

Als have a look in the console of the webbrowser (F12) and see if there are any errors in there.
