Where does the categorie in the Project properties

Hi,

In the project properties there is a tab 'Open Content'. There I can choose from a list of categories to witch categorie this learning object belongs.
In the backend I created a list with categories.

Where do I find a list the with learning objects back when they are connected to this categories?
How does this work?

most of the Open Content settings are included via the syndication feed page but when you view that via the browser you have to view source to see all the metadata. That said I just tested and I'm not seeing the categories info in the source even though I see other elements.
