Not able to EDIT a project

Not able to EDIT a project was created by niknak09
Installed locally on Mac osx Yosemite; xampp 5.6.3-0, using Safari or Firefox browsers.
Have installed successfully, can login to localhost and create a project. Click to EDIT project and the window opens but none of the buttons are 'live' - not able to INSERT as button does not respond. Any help appreciated. Image attached.
