Hi Tom,

OK in c-panel. its first database admin see capture 1-1 below
then add users:

Could you run the following query?

Code:

grant all privileges on scsltdco_xerte.* to 'scsltdco_TESTUSE'@'localhost' identified by 'passwd'

And replace passwd with your selected password?

You can run the query in the SQL tab.

ok seems we may have the issue:
#1044 - Access denied for user 'scsltdco'@'localhost' to database 'scsltdco_xerte'

For this user you have to change the grant command:

Code:

grant all privileges on scsltdco_xerte.* to 'scsltdco'@'localhost' identified by 'passwd'

(Not scltdco_TESTUSE)
