Yes, that works:

So it's a Flash problem?
I'm using Adobe Flash Player Version: 11.8.800.97 with OS X Chrome 28.0.1500.71 or Firefox 22.

Hi,

Just catching up with the messages. What works? The "Media and Quota" tab upload? So you are no longer getting "Sorry you do not have rights to this template"?

The media and quota thing worked? Then, yes, it's a problem with the hoops we have to jump through with Flash. Now to figure out what...

Yes, to clarify, the Properties: Media and Quota file upload route works, but the menu based option shown in the video I just posted doesn't.
