Think I've sent you an email with instructions.

Couldn't login to management with those details any more so can you create the account?

Ok, googling the error you sent me throws up lots of things involving Apache mod_security and Flash uploaders, mainly in Moodle, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc

It seems if you add this in a .htaccess file somewhere it will fix the problem. Not sure if it goes in the engine folder with upload.php or in the xerte/ folder or in the root of bioset...

<IfModule mod_security.c>
<Files upload.php>
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</Files>
</IfModule>

Hi, Are your server admin people any closer to fixing the issue for you?

Great. Do you know what they did ultimately to fix it?

.htaccess?
mod_security in admin panel?
other?

Might help us debug someone else's issues quicker...

Thanks for you patience throughout and your help debugging...
